THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT ROBYN WELCH, is well known to me and to several friends of mine. She is known to all of us as one who has restored us to health from a variety of illnesses. There is no doubt that she has a gift of healing. In my particular case, I have suffered for several years with Osteoarthritis. I have tried every form of regular medical treatment to no avail. I was on the brink of having knee surgery which would have entailed having a knee transplant. Because of my circumstances, I was not able to comply with this suggestion.
