When I made the decision to ask Robyn for help I was in a very dark space. I had allowed myself to fall into a depressed state from where there appeared to be no way out. I was living to work not working to live. Work had overtaken every aspect of my life eventually causing severe health issues.
I found sleeping difficult. I was always tired, unable to concentrate or focus on simple tasks at hand. I suffered severe headaches all the time, impaired vision, ached from head to toe, had leg cramps and what I call running legs especially at night, stomach pains and generally found my life to be a real drag.
I am not a great one for conventional medicines so when my wife Gwyn suggested I speak with Robyn I thought, why not give it a try. Healing at a distance was something I experienced earlier in my life. However, healing over the telephone with me in Australia and Robyn in Canada required a “Lot of Faith” with a big dash of Trust as well. I was willing to give myself fully to the process and how glad I am to have done so.
Robyn has introduced me to several self-healing techniques with the Breath of Life, Perfect Body Visualisation, Mind Work calming/training and Living in the Now, being used to fantastic effect. I have also been using Robyn’s little PMP Player. This magnificent little tool is there for ongoing maintenance and cleaning of my mind and body.
I am so happy Robyn came into my life for without her wonderful Energy work, caring and attention I am sure I would not be where I am today. I have clarity of mind which allows me to face all that life puts before me with a new found confidence, a strong body and a zest for life I never thought would ever be there for me again. The future is what I wish to make it and I look forward to all the world has to offer.
