After reading Robyn’s first book “Conversations with the Body” which was absolutely amazing, and never thought that Robyn would write another book, when I saw the book advertised on Robyn’s website I had no hesitation in purchasing Robyn’s New book, Exploring dimensions with the Body, never dreamed after downloading the book, what I was about to read, fantastic, is one word that comes to mind, could not put it down, I have had problems with my health in one form or another, but as I was reading this brilliant book, my body seemed to be changing I felt stronger, and healthier, and Robyn has put the knowledge in this book so everyone can understand how to care and look after your body so it keeps well and happy.
