I read Robyn's new book, and to my amazement I could not believe what was happening to me, as I read the words I was feeling uplifted as if I was being taken into a different level, I felt a sense of power being extracted from this e book.
When I read Robyn's first book 'Conversation with the Body'® I felt that I was absorbing something from the book at the beginning, as I went through the book, which believe me was hard to put down, ( something like when you eat something really nice and you know you should not have any more, but you do) it was additive, then I realized that my body was enjoying reading about talking about the organs and parts of the body, we all take for granted, it was as though they were getting recognition they really needed.
So you can imagine when reading this new book, and what a follow on, it was even more powerful, it was as if my body parts this time knew what was going to happen, but more super charged, my body would not let me stop reading the written word, as if it was absorbing this powerful healing from the written word like a sponge.
I never would have believed if someone had told me 15 years ago, that you could find such knowledge and healing from reading a book, I have read several books over the years but nothing has ever come close to touching this book, it is inspirational, powerful, but most of all educational, to help everyone have the knowledge to keep their own bodies healthy and strong, and giving the body recognition it deserves, because everyone on this planet takes their bodies for granted, so did I, I will admit, never stopping to think about how it worked, and how I abused it, Robyn, has made me stop and think about thanking my body for the wonderful job it has done, and is still doing, but much better now, because now I have the knowledge to thank my body, and not to abuse it.
This book is such a great follow up to Conversations with the Body, in fact I only said to Robyn the other day 'Conversations'® cover was in Blue, and 'Exploring'® is in Pink, like the Male and Female, colours perfect pair.
I would recommend these books to everyone, who want to live a healthy life, and to live in a perfect body.
I work for Robyn, I feel privileged to work for such a wonderful, inspirational Lady, who has been given such a powerful gift, who is not selfish to share her knowledge with the planet to keep their bodies healthy.
