Could not put the e book down, what I did not realise was I was also being healed from the written word, I over did it the first couple of days after downloading the book, and I started to feel my body getting lighter as if I was shedding a lot of baggage from my body. The e book and how it is written was so honest, and factual and interesting. I am hoping that Robyn will bring the book out in a book format so I can carry it in my handbag, all I can say Robyn is Thank you so very much for writing this wonderful e book, that is from my body it now feels loved, and responds and functions so much better.
