Both CD and DVD are meditational to place you into the Quantum Healing Zone for wellness to take place.
The CD can be used bedside all night low volume on repeat. It will also clean your living space of negative frequencies.
This can take place also if left on repeat when out of your abode.
DVD
Is far more powerful than the CD.
View once or twice daily, once only for children.
Do not be impatient with the healing process as there is no quick fix. It takes time, first your body and field need to be cleansed, both units will do this. You will have extra activity in both bowel and bladder. You will also be tired. Only when all is cleansed can regeneration take place.

I love the DVD because I enjoy watching and feeling the vibration of the colours as Robyn presents a shorter version of the CD track. The DVD is mesmerising when you just sit and relax and allow your eyes to be unfocused on the middle of the screen. It's only about 10 minutes long which is so convenient in a time short world but the effect is profound I find myself dropping into a different state and after it is finished I often sit there for another 10-15 minutes in an altered state. It is a great feeling.
